Information you give us
When you use the contact form, the account application form, or the online booking calendar on this site, we collect the details you enter — such as your name, email address, phone number, company and mailing address, banking and trade reference details (account applications only), and any comments you include. These forms are provided by our customer-management platform (LeadConnector / HighLevel), which stores the submissions on our behalf.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referring site). This information is aggregated and does not identify you by name. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, also logs standard technical data such as IP addresses for security and performance purposes.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries and provide the services you request.
- To review and set up customer accounts, including verifying banking and trade references you supply.
- To schedule and confirm bookings for water, KCL, CaCl and product load-outs.

Who we share your information with
We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run the website and our business — currently LeadConnector / HighLevel (forms, booking and customer management), Google (analytics, tag management and maps) and Cloudflare (hosting and security) — and where required by law. Some of these providers store data outside Canada, including in the United States.
How long we keep your information
Contact-form enquiries and booking records are kept for as long as needed to respond to and fulfil them, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. Account application details are kept for the life of the customer account and as required for accounting and legal purposes. Analytics data is retained by Google for up to 14 months.
Your rights
Under Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and Canada’s PIPEDA, you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information we no longer need. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the timelines required by law.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS, and our providers use industry-standard safeguards to protect the data they hold for us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
